The project also includes additive alternates to place a two-course chip seal on Texas Street in Barnhart, a one-course chip seal on CR 101, and a one-course chip seal on CR 430. Additive alternates will be selected for award based on bid results and budget availability. Base Bid Items: One-Course seal coat on Sherwood Loop and Barhart City Streets. Two-Course seal coat on County Road 412. Additive Alternate Bid Items: 1. One-Course seal coat on County Road 101. 2. Two-Course seal coat on Texas Street in Barnhart. 3. One-Course seal coat on County Road 430 Additive alternate bid items will selected and awarded based on funding capacity.
