Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick Parish, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Work consists generally of construction of: - Installation of approximately 550 lineal metres of water main complete with hydrants, as well as service connection laterals to the remaining twenty-seven (28) lots; - Installation of approximately 710 lineal metres of sanitary sewer, complete with eight (8) manholes, as well as service connection laterals to the remaining twenty-seven (28) lots; - Approximately 560 lineal metres of street complete with clearing & grubbing as needed, excavation and borrow placement, geotextiles, road gravels, asphalt placement, and open ditch drainage complete with topsoil, hydroseed and/or mulch; and, - Fine grading and paving of approximately 170 lineal metres of existing road. The Contractor is to complete the work in its entirety no later than June 30th, 2023. In no case shall the total duration of construction exceed sixteen (16) weeks total when considering work completed in both 2022 and 2023. Contract Documents shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE-HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to Kingsclear First Nation, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Kingsclear First Nation reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
