New Boulevard Extension (East of Joe Martinez Blvd) the Purpose of This Project is to Extend Joe Martinez Blvd From Purcell Blvd to Pueblo Blvd (Sh45), as a 4-lane Divided Highway With a 10' Multi-modal Trail Along the North Side of Joe Martinez Blvd. The Work Will Be Within the Honor Farm Master Open Space and Will Include the Following: Two Traffic Signal Installations, One at Purcell and One at Sh 45; a Twin Cell M & S Standard Cbc, Extension of the 12' Steel Culvert Under Pueblo Blvd, Acel/decel Lanes Along Pueblo Blvd, Construction of New Trailhead Facilities, Necessary Earthwork, and Extension of Water and Sewer Services for the New Pueblo County Detention Center. The County Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities or Irregularities and to Reject Any and All Proposals.
