Pueblo School District 60 is seeking proposals to replace portions of the electrical distribution system at Belmont Elementary School. Pueblo School District 60 is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to complete the electrical distribution system upgrade at Belmont Elementary School, located at 31 MacNaughton Road, Pueblo, CO 81001. The successful vendor will be responsible for upgrading portions of the electrical distribution system, providing the new electrical panels, identifying any needed hazardous materials remediation, and all engineering, design, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work. Belmont Elementary School received a partial electrical distribution system upgrade. Panels A, B, C, G, F, DP1, DP2, and DP3 were replaced at that time. Belmont HVAC is currently being upgraded and panels MDP and DP4 are being replaced under that project Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Questions due November 1, 2022 by 4:00 pm Responses to questions due November 3, 2022 by 4:00 pm Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:Beginning January 2023 Replace panels J, L, K and LL1. Include replacement of the transformer located in the mechanical room serving panel DP4. o Field evaluation of any other panels, electrical conditions that require replacement in order to produce an up-to-date, code compliant electrical system. o Replace electrical feeders. o Re-wire of all building wire for lighting and power including branch circuits for panels previously replaced. o Replace all devices (receptacles/switches). o Replace all lighting with exception of the gym/stage area. o Compliance with current energy codes is required for this proposal including lighting controls as necessary. o Replace all emergency lighting (frog eyes, etc.). o Add power/circuits where possible. o Add ceiling outlet for projects in all classrooms. o Remove old low voltage switching and lighting control system as necessary. o Turnover documentation to include as-built drawings including: new floor plans; one line; panel schedules; other information and data that would be beneficial to Facilities Management Electrical Department for future maintenance and repair.
