The project consists of a new, ground up single story Pre-Engineered Metal Building consisting of approx. 35,500 GSF of Office and Shop spaces. The building is situated on lots 9, 10, and 11 on the west end of the University Fraternity Subdivision in the University's new Research and Development Park, north of I-44 on an approximately 5.45 acres in Rolla, Missouri.
