Clarification Deadline 10/7/2022 10:00 AM The Bids will be received for the following Contract: Generator Installations All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of Doylestown Township Municipal Authority in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The Doylestown Township Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under these enactments are explained in the Specifications. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof or one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days if the award is delayed by a required approval of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant or grants.
