Renovation of a municipal facility in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work involves the installation of an emergency generator, site fencing, and architectural improvements (i.e., replacement of siding, roof, etc.). Work involves the installation of an emergency generator and building rehab work, The bid must include all costs incidental to the work of the Project. Products shall be prequalified as "equals" for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bidders. Bidder shall meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Buckingham Township. Buckingham Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, e1rnrs, or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, Buckingham will have complete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder based on any criteria Buckingham Township deems relevant.
