Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Crawford Area Transportation Authority has released a request for quotes for the installation and repair of bus shelters in Meadville, Titusville, Oil City and Franklin. All questions shall be emailed to khauser@catabus.org prior to August 17. All questions will be answered and posted to the same website location on August 18. General Information: 1. New shelters are 10' x 5' with integral bench and solar panel & light (see attached spec). Exception: one (1) 15' x 10' shelter 2. The new shelters have been purchased and are being housed at the CATA Garage on Rogers Ferry Road, Meadville, disassembled in crates. Shelter specs are attached. 3. Shelter access and regress areas should comply with ADA guidelines (see attached guidelines) 4. Additional installation and/or repair sites may be added. Site #1: Giant Eagle, Imperial Street, Oil City. 1. Remove 2 old shelters. Domed shelter can be disposed. Save the other one for reuse in another location 2. Dig and pour concrete footers in post locations, 8" in diameter and 8" deep 3. Install new 10' x 15' shelter 4. Install bulletin board and stop location sign Site #2: Oak Hill Apartments, Franklin (10 Taylor St, Franklin PA) 1. See rough site location map attached. 2. Prep site for installation (Remove sod, level, etc.) 3. Pour ADA Compliant 12' x T concrete pad. Pad should connect to existing sidewalk 4. Install the saved shelter from old Giant Eagle Oil City site 5. Install bulletin board and stop location sign Site #3: Active Aging (corner of Pine & Market Streets, Meadville) 1. Concrete pad will be poured by Active Aging 2. Install new shelter and bike rack 3. Install bulletin board and stop location sign Site #4: Morgan Village (corner of Morgan Street and Whittier Road, Meadville) 1. Rough location drawing attached 2. Work in conjunction with Meadville Housing Authority for removal of fence and plantings 3. Prep site for installation (remove sod and dirt, level, etc) 4. Pour ADA Complaint 16' x 7' concrete pad. Pad should connect with existing sidewalk. 5. Install saved shelter currently stored at Rogers Ferry Garage 6. Install bike rack 6. Install bulletin board and stop location sign Site #5: Hillcrest (along Rt. 27/Washington St at Graff St. Meadville) 1. Re-install repaired shelter Site #6: The Movies at Meadville (Rt. 19, Vernon Township) 1. Replace bollards Site #7: 300 Block West Central Avenue, Titusville, PA 1. Replace shattered glass panel
