** As of September 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Meadville requests bids for the Arc Community Greenspace (Contract No. 12021-2022-04). The project covers recreational construction improvements within a small (approximately 0.22 acre) greenspace park area, and the Work includes construction of a 20' diameter circular stage, concrete ramps and slab areas, metal railings, electrical service equipment, lighting and convenience power, artistic coating of an existing concrete box culvert top slab, landscaping, shed construction, as well as amenities such as benches and shade umbrellas. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed by June 30, 2023
