The offer must be submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec. The supplier must file with its bid a valid certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to its tax obligations. The public body reserves the right to reject the tender of a tenderer who, in the two (2) years preceding the opening of tenders, has: Is the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the public body; Failed to follow up on a bid or contract; Where Subject to termination of contract due to failure to comply with terms and conditions. The offer must be submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec. The supplier must file with its bid a valid certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to its tax obligations. Bid forms must be completed, legibly, and sent in a sealed envelope, in two (2) duly signed copies. The tender must not contain any conditions other than those stipulated by the Municipality. Any erasures made on the tender forms must be initialed by the signatory(ies) of the tender. Except for the pages bearing the signatures, all the pages of the tender form must be initialed. Copies must all be signed and initialed by hand.
