Reference number : 1644039 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The City of Saint-Jerome is requesting bids for the following project: << Snow removal of sumps and fire hydrants for the winter season 2022-2023 (2023-2024 optional) >> PROJECT MANAGER: Ms. Catherine Quesnel, Procurement Coordinator cquesnel@vsj.ca UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION The City of Saint-Jerome reserves the right to refuse the tender of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of tenders, has been rated as unsatisfactory by the City. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Free Markets Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB). RESERVE The City shall not incur any liability for the fact that the written notices or tender documents and addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, with SEAO, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. ACCEPTANCE OF TENDERS The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
