The contract will have a duration of three (3) years with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each. A bid guarantee of a value of 10% of the total price proposed including the option years in one of the following forms is required: certified check, money order, bank draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee, bid bond. All tenders must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts by public bodies (RSQ, c. C-65.1, r.2) adopted under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RSQ, c. C- 65.1). The Cégep de Saint-Jérôme does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received within the framework of the Call for Tenders.
