The dedicated collection of bulky items and their transport to the recovery center chosen by the contractor and the transport of non-recovered bulky items to the Waste Management landfill site.
The supply and delivery of wheeled bins and starter kits, during the initial distribution for the collection of organic materials.
The supply and delivery of wheeled bins during the initial distribution for the collection of household waste and the collection of recyclable materials.
The supply and delivery of additional bins for all collections combined.
Repair of wheeled bins for all collections combined.
Tenders will be publicly opened at City Hall, located at 139 Sainte-Anne Boulevard in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, on October 21, 2022 at 11:01 a.m., in the presence of interested parties. Any general information concerning this call for tenders may be obtained by contacting Mrs. Annie-Pier Bourgeois, Deputy Director of the Environment and Ecological Transition of the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, by email. at apbourgeois@villesadp.ca . The deadline for handling complaints is October 3, 2022. Persons and companies interested in this call for tenders must obtain the tender documents by contacting the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at the following address: www.seao.ca . The documents are obtained at the cost established by the SEAO. The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines reserves the right to reject any tender whose tenderer has not obtained the tender document directly from SEAO, including addenda (if applicable). In addition, the City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders . The tenderer must attach to his tender a certified cheque, money order or bank draft from a financial institution and made out to the order of Ville de Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines or a tender bond issued by a financial institution. financial institution or an insurance company authorized to do business in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) for 10% of the total amount including taxes submitted to the TENDER FORM, valid for four- ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. The tenderer must attach to his tender a letter from an insurance company authorized to do business in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), guaranteeing that a performance bond, for 50% of the tendered price including taxes for the first year of the contract, will be issued in favor of the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines and that this suretyship will be renewed annually under the same conditions and maintained in force without interruption for the entire contract length. The applicable intergovernmental agreements are as follows: Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), Liberalization of Public Procurement Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA ) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It also reserves the right to reject all tenders received, if it deems it appropriate, without being held liable or subject to a lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers.
