The Carroll County Board of Commissioners (the "County") is currently soliciting bids for the purpose of installation of sod and irrigation system for a multi-purpose recreation field at the Carroll County Recreation Complex, 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Carroll County, Georgia (the "Project"). All bids should be based on but not limited to the following specifications: Installation of sod and irrigation system for a multi-purpose recreation field at the Carroll County Recreation Complex located at 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Carroll County, Georgia. Regular and Uniform Bid: Each bidder must comply with all requirements as directed or required by this notice. Notice is hereby given to all bidders that if their bids are defective or irregular; the same may be rejected immediately. To facilitate comparative analysis and evaluation of bids, it is desired that a uniform format be employed in structuring each bid. All instructions are to be considered an integral part of this Invitation to Bid.
