Carroll County Water Authority North Carroll Water Improvements, Ductile Iron Pipe, Fittings & Appurtenances Procurement Contract. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5-percent of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of sixty days, after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and acceptable to the OWNER. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the OWNER. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement to Bid are funded, or partially funded, with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and all provisions of that Act shall apply.
