efferson Parish is located in Southeastern Louisiana and has a current population of over 400,000 residents. It is situated among various swamps, bayous, canals, and more specifically the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Pontchartrain, and the Mississippi River. Major highways and railroads run through Jefferson Parish, making for a large volume of commercial and private motor vehicle traffic traveling through the Jefferson Parish on a daily basis. Jefferson Parish is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants for assistance with grant planning, development, reporting, and management for various state, local and federal grant opportunities, including the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund established by the American Rescue Plan Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and various other grant funding needs. While guidance on funds use and reporting is still forthcoming, the Parish desires to identify and contract with a firm that can be available for guidance and additional workload as needed. Requests can vary in scope and intensity, from a small local grant to a multi-agency, multi-million-dollar grant. Deadline to receive written inquiries 10/3/2022 4:30 P.M An initial inquiry period is hereby firmly set for all interested proposers to perform a detailed review of the RFP documents and to submit any written questions relative thereto. Without exception, all questions MUST be in writing (even if an answer has already been given to an oral question during the Pre-proposal conference) and received by the close of business on the Inquiry Deadline date set forth in the Schedule of Events.
