The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: The concrete alley bounded by W Wildwood Ave, W Packard Ave, S Calhoun St,
and S Harrison St by reconstructing poor concrete alley, approaches, sidewalk, and restoration all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. S'P 0544D as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failecf to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon
any obligation to the City. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders.
