As of October 24,2022. the HVAC Construction Contract for the Pine-Richland Middle School HVAC Project to Pronto Tech, LLC, Wexford, PA in the amount of $3,998,000 which includes the Base Bid and Alternates HC-1A, HC-2A, HC-3A and HC-4A and award the Electrical Construction Contract to Penn-Ohio Electrical Co., Masury, OH in the amount of $141,870 which includes the Base Bid.
