Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Tygh Valley, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Wasco County is requesting proposals for the design and construction to provide architectural and related design, engineering and construction services for the replacement of the water, sewer, and electrical systems at the Wasco County Grounds / Hunt Park The goal is to maintain a construction window between October and May of 2022/2023 or 2023/2024. As an incentive, County shall pay Contractor an additional $20,000 in the event that the Project has received final building code approval on or before May 1, 2023.
