This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the "Township") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Geotechnical investigation services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Loyalist Township is currently in the process of developing a design for the renewal of the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, located at 322 Amherst Drive in Amherstview. The project will include the construction of a new pool facility as well as various siteworks and will therefore require the completion of a geotechnical investigation. The purpose of this RFP is to engage the services of a qualified proponent, hereafter referred to as the "Proponent", to conduct geotechnical investigation services at the site of the W.J.
