Reference Number 0000268961 Project Description This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to subcontractors for the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre Renewal project, located at 322 Amherst Drive, Loyalist ON K7N 1S9. The project will involve the construction of a new aquatic facility as well as renovations to the existing building. The proposed new aquatic facility will include an eight-lane (8-lane), twenty-five metre (25 m) pool and a leisure pool, as well as a viewing area, storage rooms, hallways, emergency exits, and associated mechanical components. Various areas of the existing facility will be renovated, converted, or generally upgraded as part of the project. New Pool Building Frame only (excl. renovations).
