Contra Costa Water District (District) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing professional Capital Project Management Services (CPMS) for the Canal Modernization Project in Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) (July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023) and Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) (July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024). One firm will be selected to provide project management services for the two fiscal years. District anticipates awarding initial 2-year (+/-) agreement with the option for subsequent amendments at Districts sole discretion for additional services that could extend through the duration of the Canal Modernization project. The SOQ should be prepared in accordance with the following attachments: The technical memoranda will be available to those firms upon request. Interested firms shall complete the attached Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties form and submit to Anna Chun at achun@ccwater.com prior to receiving any technical memoranda. The District will evaluate all SOQs and determine which firms will be invited to submit Proposals. The District is an equal opportunity organization.
