Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of work relates to the renewal of the Morrow Building façade including restoration and repair of the masonry, concrete lintels and window/door sealants. The existing cladding, particularly the concrete lintels are spalling and delaminating from the building face becoming a life safety risk. Renovation of St. Joseph's Building Façade in Morrow Wing. Public procurement will be open to all Masonry and Concrete Restoration contractors that meet the following criteria: - specializing in performing the building façade restoration and repair with a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience by the manufacturer of concrete and masonry products; - successfully completed similar projects in the past 3 years; - have no incidents of critical injuries or fatalities at workplace during last 5 years.
