Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.
Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for VivaNext Platform Rehabilitation The Work includes but is not limited to traffic management, site sweeping and flushing daily, coordination with suppliers, York Region Transit (YRT), York Region and Metrolinx, removals and disposals of concrete, tactile and field tiles, asphalt and items noted in the Contract Drawings. Supply and install concrete, rebars, tactile and field tiles and related mortar systems, asphalt, grout and sealant and caulking. This project covers 11 stations (or 22 platforms) on the H3 VivaNext segment between Warden Station and Bayview station inclusive. Priority stations under Phase 1 have been identified in the Contract Documents for completion of construction in 2022. The remaining stations are to be completed in 2023. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
