Renovation of a municipal facility in Imperial, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform flooring installation improvements at the J02 Building including, but not limited to: Floor preparation to install vinyl planks over carpet Installation of new flooring Remove and replace rubber wall cove base and install floor transition strips Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (See attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. Respondents are required to wear work boots/closed-toe shoes. Adequate face covering (facemask) is required while indoors. Respondents will have to answer the Contractor/Consultant Health Questionnaire (attached) and have temperature checked. If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions, or have a measured forehead temperature of 100.4 or higher you will not be allowed to enter. Only persons or firms possessing a current, valid type "A" or "C15" California Contractor's Licenses will be considered for this work.
