Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide Construction Management and Inspection Services for the IID Energy Department for electrical substation/switch yards; transmission lines, distribution overhead power lines and underground systems; generation plants; and maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. Questions concerning this Secondary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, December 6, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website electronically, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, December 8, 2022. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
