As of May 22, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Bridgeland Development, LP on behalf of Harris County Water Plant No. 2 Ground Storage Tank No. 2 Construction to include but not limited to (1) 1,000,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank (GST), horizontal cathodic protection system, site preparation, grading, drainage, sidewalk pavement, yard piping, electrical work, and all required appurtenances. Complete in place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
