Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will receive bids for: TIDEWATER GARDENS PHASE 3 & 4 ABATEMENT ONLY SERVICES The Scope of work will take place within the Tidewater Gardens neighborhood and includes but is not limited to, all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary for abatement of hazardous materials. The proposed project requires the complete abatement of 25 buildings on an "as needed bases". The contractor will also be required to ensure that ALL existing building security measures that are removed must be reinstalled after building abatement. The full scope of work is described in the Contract Documents. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Information to attend the bid opening will be posted on the NRHA and eVA websites.
