The Project includes the following work: The base bid construction of approximately 12,055 square yards (S.Y.) of Type SM-9.5A (1.5 in) asphalt resurfacing, 13 CG-12 curb ramps w/detectable warning surfaces, 6 CG-9D standard entrance gutters, 55 linear feet (L.F.) of CG-6 curb and gutter, 50 square feet (S.F.) of concrete sidewalk and associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each individual Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. The Project is funded through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
