The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of the Cangelosi Detention Improvements Project. Including, but not limited to, earth work, underground utilities and associated grading and landscaping. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. Certified pay roll will be required with each monthly invoice submitted to the City for payment to be made as part of this project. Substantial completion of the project is set at 150 calendar days to complete from the date of which notice to proceed is issued to the awarded contractor. All construction shall be in conformance with project plans, specifications, City of Missouri City standards, ordinances and comply with Americans with disabilities act requirements. All costs anticipated by the contractor(s) for which reimbursement will be sought MUST be included in the price bid on the attached bid sheet. This includes any delivery, fuel surcharge or any other miscellaneous charges.
