Mustang Bayou Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Rehabilitation Phase IIA Project The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of the Mustang Bayou Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Rehabilitation Phase IIA Project. Including, but not limited to removal of four (4) existing pumps in the influent lift station wet well, procurement and installation of four (4) new variable speed submersible pumps in the influent lift station, procurement and installation four (4) new clarifiers including but not limited to tanks, weirs, effluent collection channel, scum and floatable collection equipment, gear drives and motors, scraper/skimmer arms and motors, handrails, access bridges/walkways, stairs, piping connections and appurtenances incidental to the work, construction of underground and above ground yard piping along with pipe fittings, valves, supports, accessories incidental to the above listed work scope items, and all labor, equipment, materials, testing, and incidentals required for the project. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. Substantial completion of the project is set at 210 calendar days from the time of which notice to proceed has been issued to the awarded contractor and project final completion set at 245 calendar days.
