Renovation of a fire / police facility in Shedd, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,800-square-foot fire / police facility.
Halsey-Shedd Rural Fire Protection District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Station 53. The seismic retrofit of Station 53 includes the rehabilitation to the existing lateral system components in order to meet the requirements outlined in ASCE 41-17. This will be accomplished by adding to or altering the existing structure and lateral load path to the building foundation Questions regarding the information contained in the RFP must be submitted in writing or email to the RFP Contact no later than 4:00 PM PST, January 26, 2023
