Renovation of a municipal facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener ("the City") to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Interior Renovations - 2 King Street West, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is looking to partner with a qualified contractor to perform the scope of work which includes, but it not limited to supply all labour, equipment and materials to complete the interior renos as described on the attached documents. The work includes, demolition, flooring, drywall work, painting etc. The site is located at 2 King St. West Kitchener ON, N2G 1A3. Only pre-qualified contractors through project P20-112 General Contractors for Construction will be invited to submit on this quotation.
