Salem Township is accepting bids for trimming back the tree canopy 16.5' from center of road to the sky where feasible and 25' from center of road on Moore's Hill Road where feasible and for felling ash trees, as marked, to a stump no higher that 2' leaving no logs, branches or debris with the Township right of way or any waterways for the following roads: Bid #1: Moore's Hill Road, Varner's Hollow Road Bid #2: Saw Mill Road, South Mountain Road Bid #3: Bower's Road, Mill Road, Bomboy Lane All work must be completed by November 30, 2022. Any due date extension requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Board in advance. Liquidated damages to be assessed at $250 per day for each day beyond the due date that work is not complete The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
