Three copies of all proposals must be placed in a sealed container marked "North 9th Street Plaza Project" on the outside of the container along with your company's name marked clearly. The City of Richmond is not responsible and/or liable for any Request for Proposal information not obtained from the City of Richmond Purchasing Office.
