Site work and paving for a road / highway in McDermott, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the chip and seal road maintenance of Tatman Coe Road and Davis Road, McDermott, Ohio, according to the specifications on file with the Board of Trustees. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, materials and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the bid package. The township may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered and returned unopened No bidder may withdrawal a bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The project is subject to the following special provisions: a. Township is tax exempt b. Project is subject to Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates c. Requirements for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond for 100% for the contract price. d. Insurance requirements e. Township is a grant recipient of American Rescue Plan funds from the U.S. Treasury. f. Compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), Appendix II. g. Subcontractors must be approved by township
