As of June 6, 2023, construction is underway and is anticipated to be complete December 2023. Weigand Construction Company, Inc. is the Construction Manager for the Mercer Health Maria Stein MOB Project. The Project is located at 8106 Booster Drive, Maria Stein, OH 45860. Weigand Construction is inviting qualified and interested parties to submit a quotation on their respective Bid Package for this project. The following are the considered Bid Packages for this project: Fence and Gates Metal Panels Casework Doors / Frames / Hardware Exterior & Interior Glass & Glazing Metal Stud, Insulation, Gyp. Board, Ceilings Resilient & Ceramic Tiling Finishing & Painting Window Treatments Signage Unistrut Fire Protection Mechanical, Plumbing, & Controls Electrical Low Voltage Masonry Interested parties need to send an e-mail notification to awestgerdes@weigandconstruction.com by no later than Wednesday, October 19th in order to be placed on the Bidder Communication List and receive instructions on accessing the Contract Documents for bidding purposes.
