This project is managed by Browne E & C Services, Inc. (Browne) under the direction of project administrator Milton Thompson, Facilities Director, Central State University. All communication shall be directed to Browne E & C Services, Inc. Submit the requested number of Statements of Qualifications (Form F110-330) directly to Joshua Seniours at jseniours@brownee.com. See Section G of this RFQ for additional submittal instructions. Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. This project is to upgrade an existing boiler at the Dayton Campus. The existing boiler is well beyond its service life. Beyond parts failure, due to its age parts are no longer available. Unit efficiency is less than 70 percent. The work includes disposal of the existing unit, furnish, and install of a new 90% efficient unit, reutilize existing utility pad (modify as required), electric and piping where possible. Flues will be replaced, and associated roofing replaced. All work to be approved by the State of Ohio and local permits and inspections obtained. The Program of Requirements ("POR") will be developed as a part of this project by Browne E & C Services, a registered engineer in the State of Ohio. All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the University's policies and procedures. Total Project Cost $210.000 Construction Cost $200,000
