DNREC Contract No.: NAT2828-BIDENETC For Biden Environmental Training Center Renovations - The site scope of work includes replacement of the existing parking lot, curbing, and plaza in front of the building. Work also includes installation of a new sidewalk network, ADA accessible building ramps, and refurbishing the existing loading dock to the rear of the building. Utilities including site electric water, and communications will also be installed during construction. Landscaping will be installed in the limits depicted on the plan.
