The project includes the replacement of two (2) liquid cooled chillers at the Sussex Pre-Trial Building and two (2) liquid cooled chillers at the Sussex Violation of Probation Building. This project will replace all four (4) chillers . The Sussex Correctional Institution- Pre Trial Building maintains two (2) 350 Ton Liquid Cooled Chillers and the Sussex Violation of Probation Building maintains two (2) 80 Ton Liquid Cooled Chillers. All chillers are at the end of their useful life.
