The project is expected to be awarded next Tuesday. **  >To provide all labor, materials and equipment required to construct a new "turn-key" minimum 9-unit T-Hangar Building located at the Delaware Coastal Airport, 21553 Rudder Lane Georgetown, Delaware 19947. Work will include all associated site improvements and finishes as noted in this document. Contract Term: 224 Consecutive Calendar Days. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equivalent to ten (10) percent of the amount of the base bid and all alternates. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or a bid bond secured by a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. The bid guarantee shall be made payable to Sussex County Council. If the responding Contractor deems any portion of its response to contain trade secrets, proprietary or other confidential information, it shall isolate and identify in writing the confidential portions, together with a statement in support of its designation as such. The submission shall be confidential until the bid has been awarded and a contract has been executed. Thereafter, all submissions shall be open to public inspection.
