This Affidavit of Craft Training Compliance must be submitted prior to contract execution Project involves: The replacement of steel security, detention-grade doors, and jambs (as required) at the Minimum, Medium, Stan Taylor, Program, Pre-Trial, SWRC, SVOP and Tower #5 buildings at the Sussex Correctional Institution. The scope at the Minimum-Security building includes replacing/repairing (6) six fire/egress doors and jambs as required and the replacement of (21) twenty-one wooden cell doors and (1) one shower door. The scope at the Medium-Security building includes the repair/replacement of (7) seven exterior doors and frames as required. The scope at the Stand Taylor building includes the replacement of (3) exterior mechanical/electrical double doors. The scope at the Program building is the replacement of (1) one entry door and frame repair. The scope at the Pre-Trial building is the replacement of (1) one entry door. The scope at Tower #5 includes the frame repair for (4) four exterior doors and the replacement of (4) four doors. The scope at SWRC building includes (1) Yard door with a frame repair, and (8) exterior exit doors with full frame and door replacement. The scope at SVOP building includes (10) janitors closet door replacements.
