Renovation of a residential development in Georgetown, Delaware. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Sealed bids will be received by the Sussex County Community Development and Housing Department on the rehabilitation of homes throughout Sussex County. General Contractors wishing to bid on the work must be on the Approved Contractors List. Forms for the Approved Contractors List are available by contacting the Sussex County Community Development and Housing Department. Bids are especially invited from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Woman Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE). All bids shall be sealed and labeled with contractor s business name. Bids to include Bid Return Form, individual proposal for each job, and contractor s business license and proof of insurance. Bids shall be submitted within 14 days to the Sussex County Community Development and Housing office located at the Sussex County Administrative Offices, West Complex, 22215 DuPont Blvd., Georgetown, Delaware, at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded. The Sussex County Community Development office reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause and to waive irregularities in the bid documents.
