Question Deadline 09/28/2022 at 10:00 AM ET Provide Responses to Questions State 9-29-2022 by 5:00 PM ET The University Facilities Operations Department maintains all buildings and infrastructure components of such buildings. The Contractor shall provide Electrical Maintenance Services on an as needed basis for all University facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete licensed, registered, and/or nonlicensed services covered under an awarded contract. The Contractor shall comply with and perform all maintenance services in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes and manufacturers instructions and shall obtain any licenses or permits required under this IFB to do the specified work. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of contract award (the Effective Date). North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University seeks proposals from qualified vendors with demonstrated competence and experience to provide electrical repair and maintenance services on an as needed basis. The qualified contractors will be the annual electrical service contractors for the University providing electrical repair and maintenance as needed for the University Facility Department. The electrical contract shall be for all repair, service, and maintenance work associated with the commercial electrical trade. It shall include but not be limited to the supply, installation and/or repair of electrical and electronic devices, as well as trouble shooting electrical problems, installing new breaker panels, wiring, installing conduit and associated electrical fixtures.
