Completion Date: Nov. 15, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None The work to be accomplished under this contract includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Installation of sediment control measures per the plans. 2. Installation of matting to protect the existing field from damage for trucking activities. 3. Installation of orange construction fence along the entire work areas to protect the work and keep the public from entering the work area (i.e., minimally the Limits of Construction shown on the plans and along access routes) 4. Site clearing the areas to be disturbed. Stockpiling topsoil on-site. 5. Excavation/fill of outfield areas to achieve planned grades. 6. Excavation of the in-field ball field areas and areas shown on the plan. Hauling the excavated materials off-site and disposal. 7. Grading the resulting subgrade to provide a uniform 3" thick new in-field mix. 8. Installation of the new 3" of in-field mix soil and compacting. 9. Installation of stockpiled topsoil and new soil to achieve the planned grades in the outfield including rock hounding. 10. Fine Grading site by hand to achieve the planned grades. 11. Surveying the field to prove the site meets the grades as designed and regrading areas that do not comply with the planned grading. Provide City Engineer stamped letter from surveyor that final grades meet the plans. 12. Installation of Hydroseeding in all disturbed areas. 13. Fertilizing, weeding, daily watering, and mowing replanted areas. 14. Installation of the baseball field appurtenances. 15. Upon achieving full vegetation establishment, removal of orange construction fence and sediment control measures. 16. Any required site restoration. 17. Final mowing of the field. 18. Providing additional in-field mix, as directed by the city. Water will be provided by the City. The Contractor shall supply hoses, timers, sprinkler heads, and all other watering appurtenances
