Site work for a water / sewer project in Denton, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is soliciting bids for a contractor to Replace the Existing 24" round corrugated metal pipe under Eastbound MD 404 between Market Street and Gay Street. Small procurement under $50k. Existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) is approximately 4' to 6' in depth and approximately 120' in length. Remove existing pavement and existing fill material, remove existing 24" corrugated metal pipe (CMP), and install new 24" corrugated metal pipe (SHA provided) from existing drain in median to outfall side of MD 404, replace fill material in no more than 12" lifts. Replace pavement that was removed with HMA. Vendors are required to review the specification of this procurement before bidding to ensure they bid accordingly.
