Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denton, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Estimated Cost $1.8-$2.2M. The County is utilizing a combination of Federal, State and local funds to develop the property into a regional park and is seeking a qualified firm to perform architectural and engineering services for design/permit, cost proposals and bid package. Based upon master planning efforts, the estimated construction budget for Phase 1 is approximately $1.8-$2.2M. The project is anticipated to be completed by 2023 and must be completed no later than April 2024. The firm is expected to, wherever reasonably possible, include project elements as outlined in the park "Master Plan" Phase 1 which includes, but is not limited to, proposed elements such as: Park infrastructure including access roads, parking and comfort station Electrical, water supply and distribution, plumbing and septic Event area(s) including a large pavilion or public-gathering space 2-3 multipurpose fields Large Playground/playscape A trail system(s) throughout the park Other park areas identified *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
