Renovation of a municipal facility in Denton, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County is seeking qualified Contractors to provide services for the renovation of the west wing of the County courthouse. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, demolishing the existing office partition walls, reconfiguring office space, and installing new interior walls doors and finishes. Included as part of the renovation will be a new tax window, copy room, kitchenette and HVAC system to serve this wing of the building. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the scope of work identified in the contract documents and in accordance with the scope of work identified and per Federal and State guidelines. The successful bidder must post Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice to those bidders receiving plans. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
