Provide a quote for fire alarm maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, and fire extinguisher service for the Denton DC/MSC, per the scope of work provided. The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, labor, technical or engineering support, supplies, parts, equipment and service for the total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, or replacements of the Silent Knight Fire The contractor shall accept the equipment listed under Scope of Work, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, or replacement at his/her discretion, as necessary to maintain proper operations through the term of this contract. The Contractor shall inspect, service, recharge, and re-certify, as required, All fire extinguishers, annually, 5 years, 10 years, and 12 years at no additional charge to the State. Approximately 14 fire extinguishers throughout the building. The term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, from October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2025. The State reserves the right to review the subcontract, and the staff of the subcontractor to be sure all qualifications are met.
