Purpose and Description of Services 1. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Contractor is to provide trash services for the Clean California Initiative. The Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash and recycle bins, equipment, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees, disposal fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash and recycling collection, hauling and legal disposal services. 2. It is the bidder's responsibility to use the correct classification determination published by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
